Breakfast: 4 egg whites and a Boston cream pie yogurt
Mid-afternoon snacks: pink lady apple and a kiddie cone from McDonald's
Lunch: salad with carrots and diced tomato w/ catalina dressing
Dinner: "slow cooker chicken paprikas" from Weight Watchers and cooked zucchini and carrots
Dessert: red velvet cake yogurt
