I'll Pay you $20.

Day 58

Breakfast: green tea, eggs, yogurt
Mid-afternoon snack: sliced apple
Lunch: leftover turkey roast, carrots, onion, and cabbage
Dinner: Romaine and spinach salad with grape tomatoes and feta cheese
Dessert: yogurt

Proposal: Anyone want to come clean my kitchen? Because all of my everyday dishes are dirty.

Exhibit A: What I had to resort to putting my dinner in tonight

Although I loved Pampered Chef, I'm pretty sure this isn't quite what they had in mind when they made this mixing bowl. But I've got too much to do to worry about dishes!

I finally went Crest shopping today, and it was the worst experience I've had there yet. My cashier was rude, this random little girl pushing a shopping cart kept leaving her mother and choosing to stop DIRECTLY in front of me and just stand there kicking the cart, people were driving stupid in the parking lot, and the bagger wasn't taking into account how many trips he was going to make me take bringing in the groceries (he was putting single items into huge paper bags... For example... In one bag he put one small package of ground turkey. Why, sir? Not to mention it took him minutes after she was finished ringing me up to get everything back into my cart because he was so slow bagging AND because he'd used so many damn bags (I ended up reorganizing it myself to get rid of his extra baggage) it wasn't fitting into the cart.)

I'm not giving up on Crest, by any means. Maybe I was just in a bad mood when I got there.

Good news is I did make it home just in time for Husband to help me bring in the groceries before going off to work. I was pretty sure I wouldn't make it in time to see him, so that was nice.

Anyways, I made my salad, watched an episode of Secret Life, and now I have to study. Not sure just how I'm going to stay awake long enough to get any real studying down, but here's to hoping!

Dear God, thank you for alleviating my stress by having the grocery bill not be astronomical. Forgive me for my poor attitude, and please help me to focus tonight and the rest of this week for midterms. Amen.
