Ramblings: 2nd Edition

AM Exercise: 45 minute yoga class
Breakfast: 4 eggs (1 whole, 3 whites), 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves, feta cheese, and salsa... Scrambled together; yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 mixed green salad w/balsamic vinaigrette & a roll w/butter
PM Exercise: 60 minute Body Pump class
Dinner: black bean turkey chili w/1 slice fat free Smerican cheese
Snack: yogurt

My right tricep is on fire. That is mostly what I'm thinking about this evening.

I feel like I could take a 5 hour bath. But I can't.

I'm going to finish this episode of 16 & Pregnant and begin studying.

Anybody gonna watch Say Yes to the Dress: Bridesmaids? I don't particularly like Say Yes to the Dress, but this variation sounds like it could be good.

My knee is in pain. I probably should've skipped Body Pump tonight. But... I didn't.

It will likely be worse tomorrow.

And then even worse on Friday when I'm trying to concentrate on my test.

Oh well. I can do it.

P.S. I kind of liked looking at myself in the mirror today at Body Pump. I'm lookin' kinda good.

P.P.S. I hope that you view my saying that as a positive step and not as my being conceited. Please.

  1. You're totally allowed to think you're looking good! You've made such progress and have so much to be proud of that you would be crazy not to! Scream it from the rooftops, girl!
    Hope your knee feels better. And lots of luck on the test :)
