Breakfast: 4 egg whites w/onion; yogurt
Lunch: mixed green salad w/mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, grilled chicken and raspberry vinaigrette
Exercise: walking at a quick pace for 20 minutes
Dinner: baby green and spinach salad w/tomato, feta, and raspberry vinaigrette
Dessert: 2 yogurts
Sorry for another day of not updating. I had time to update earlier tonight, but BDR is off work and we spent that time putting a puzzle together. Now I can barely keep my eyes open so I'm heading to bed.
