Day 267

Breakfast: 4 egg whites w/onion and feta cheese, 3 strips of bacon, and a yogurt
Lunch: salad w/Italian dressing; honeydew melon and grapes; grilled chicken, green beans, and a dinner roll
Snack: ~30 baby carrots
Exercise: 55min Zumba
Dinner: black bean turkey chili
