Breakfast: one egg w/two egg whites and a white chocolate strawberry yogurt
Mid-afternoon snack: half a pear and half a red delicious apple
Lunch: stir fry (chicken, frozen snap pea stir fry veggies, and 1/2 cup brown rice) and an orange
Dinner: green tea, pork tenderloin and cooked cabbage and carrots
Dessert: yogurt
Man, did I outdo myself on cooking today. Both the stir fry and the pork tenderloin were amazing! Husband will be pleased when he eats his later, I'm sure! I'm loving these high carb days on the 2nd cycle! Very excited to start the 3rd cycle next week (hello bread and pasta!!!).
Okay, so the film festival this weekend was AMAZING. I was intending to go over all of the movies we got to view and talk about each of them, but that would take entirely too long. Suffice it to say, I'm definitely going back next year! There were a few flops in there and we did walk out of a couple, but there were also some BIG winners! In fact, watching the live stream of the awards show now.. How exciting!
We're supposed to have lots of snow Tuesday, so keep your fingers crossed for another snow day or two!
