One of Them Days

Breakfast: 4 egg whites w/onion; yogurt
Exercise: 15 minute walk
Lunch: Mediterranean chopped salad from Elephant Bar (minus the cheese and dressing, add honey dijon dressing)
Dinner: spaghetti squash w/turkey meatballs
Dessert: raspberry lemonade yogurt

Made a silly mistake with my schedule today which messed up my time at my internship. I was pretty embarrassed and disappointed with myself, but tomorrow's a new day.

Sorry I don't have much of an update. Maybe tomorrow!
