Breakfast: 4 egg whites w/onion; 2 sausage links; yogurt; black bean brownie
Lunch: salad, broccoli cole slaw, carrots slices w/BLT dip, veggie pizza, 2 cookies, and strawberry/pretzel dessert
Dinner: NONE
Exercise: 56 min Zumba
Snack: yogurt
