Breakfast: 4 egg whites w/onion; yogurt
Lunch: salad w/chicken, hard-boiled egg, and honey mustard dressing; chicken stir-fry; grapes and apple slices
Snack: banana
Dinner: leftover pork tenderloin w/sauteed veggies
Snack: yogurt
Exercise: NONE
